A look at the workspace. A spot this visually dense requires intense timeline organization. You can see how the layers are stacked to handle the intricate UI animations and camera moves. I relied heavily on null objects, custom expressions, and deep graph editor tweaks to get the momentum exactly right. The goal was absolute precision—keeping the technical file as clean and optimized as the automation software I was animating.

To make the abstract concepts of policy, economics, and compliance engaging, the visual direction relies on dynamic, infographic-style motion design blended with warm, human-centric elements. The opening sequences use a stylized, isometric map of the United States, utilizing vibrant, contrasting colors to illustrate the fragmented, state-by-state landscape of Pre-K funding and regulations.

As the narrative shifts to Brightwheel’s solutions, the visual language becomes highly organized and fluid. I designed clean UI animations that mimic Brightwheel’s actual platform, showing how complex tasks like state-mandated curriculum tracking, attendance, and automated billing are simplified into seamless interactions. Isometric 3D environments represent bustling classrooms, with abstract data points and financial streams rendered as glowing, connected lines flowing directly into the Brightwheel app. The motion pacing is snappy yet approachable, utilizing bouncy, organic easing to reflect the playful nature of early childhood while maintaining the professional polish required for a B2B SaaS campaign. The result is a visual balance between the serious infrastructure of early education economics and the joyful environment of learning.

The rollout of Universal Pre-K across the United States is one of the most ambitious educational initiatives in a generation, but the economics and execution vary wildly from state to state. For early education centers, navigating state mandates, complex funding structures, and approved curriculum requirements is a daunting administrative hurdle that pulls focus away from the classroom.

This project, created for Brightwheel, breaks down the complex economics of Universal Pre-K and visualizes how these state-wise programs actually work on the ground. The campaign demystifies the administrative burden that childcare directors face, positioning Brightwheel as the essential, all-in-one digital infrastructure that makes managing government-funded programs possible. By translating dense policy and financial data into a clear, engaging narrative, the video demonstrates how Brightwheel empowers educators to streamline compliance, billing, and reporting. The story bridges the gap between high-level state economics and classroom-level reality, proving that the right software is the key to scaling early education successfully.
